У статті розглядається взаємозв’язок та взаємозалежність понять «інтелектуальна культура», «інтелектуальний капітал», «інтелектуальний потенціал». Визначено, що рівень інтелектуальної культури обумовлює рівень інтелектуального потенціалу. Інтелектуальний потенціал є основою для формування інтелектуального капіталу. Пропонується розглядати інтелектуальний потенціал, інтелектуальну культуру та інтелектуальний капітал за трьома рівнями – мікро-, мезо-, макро-. Розглядаються життєві цикли зазначених ключових категорій та їх детермінанти розвитку.

The article deals with interrelation and interdependence of the concepts «intellectual culture», «intellectual capital», «intellectual potential». It is determined that the level of intellectual culture determines the level of intellectual potential. Intellectua l potential is the basis for the formation of intellectual capital. It is proposed to consider intellectual potential, intellectual culture and intellectual capital on three levels - micro-, meso-, macro -. The life cycles of these key categories and their determinants of development are considered.
