соціальних ризиків трудових мігрантів з України. Стаття є результатом порівняльного аналізу показників організаційних культур Герта Хофстеде.
Novosad Kristina. Readiness for uncertainty avoidance and social risks of labor migrants from Ukraine. In this article, we analyze the actual problems of international labor migrants from Ukraine. We survey how the uncertainty avoidance affect the readiness for migration to the neighboring countries (Poland and Russia) and developed countries of the world (Great Britain and the United States). This article examines the possibilities and the origins of social risks of international labor migrants from Ukraine. The article is a result of a comparative analysis of the indexes business cultures Geert Hofstede.
