ГРОМАДЯНСЬКЕ СУСПІЛЬСТВО: СТАН ТА СУЧАСНІ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ

Анотація

Предметом дослідження у статті є поняття «громадянське суспільство», його місце і роль у сучасному розвитку суспільства. Визначено основні умови, за якими відбувається формування та розвиток громадянського суспільства, а також відзначено взаємозалежність від взаємовідносин між владою-cуспільством-громадянином. У рамках дослідження вивчався вплив і залежність стану розвитку громадянського суспільства від соціального, політичного, економічного, духовного та цивілізаційного складових елементів суспільного розвитку за умови домінування глобалізацій них, інформатизацій них та інформаційних процесів. Для визначення стану розвитку громадянського суспільства було запропоновано (на міжнародному рівні) використання індикаторів розвитку громадянського суспільства. Завдяки такому підходу стало можливим проводити аналіз як на національному рівні, так і на рівні окремих регіонів та/або груп країн (за формою правління, політичного устрою тощо). Основними проблемами зростання впливу громадянського суспільства є завищені сподівання на те, що громадянське суспільство може вирішити усі проблеми, а також ступінь готовності владної еліти та суспільства до взаємовигідних форм співпраці (у межах різних інститутів громадянського суспільства).

The main conditions are defined, according to which the formation and development of civil society takes place, and also the interdependence between power, society and citizen is noted. The study examined the influence and dependence of the state of development of civil society
on the social, political, economic, spiritual and civilizational components of social development provided that globalization, information and information processes dominate. To determine the state of development of civil society, it was proposed (at the international level) to define it using indicators of the development of civil society. Thanks to this approach, it became possible to conduct analysis both at the national level and at the level of individual regions and / or groups of countries (in the form of government, political arrangements, etc.). The main problems of the influence growth of civil society are overestimated hopes that civil society can solve all problems, as well as the degree of readiness of the power elite and society for mutually beneficial forms of cooperation (within the framework of the various civil society institutions created).
