Нова архітектоніка планетарного світу з’являється у ході опанування вітовою спільнотою смислогенезу. Тобто опанування енергоінформаційного
потоку Семантичного Всесвіту, коли спочатку пересічна особистість суб’єктивує його у процеси навчання і самоосвіти, а потім, шляхом входження у комунікаційну взаємодію з іншими учасниками культурно-історичного процесу, створює комунікаційні канали і наповнює їх смислами. Тим самим влаштовує планетарний локалізований колообіг смислів. Так виникає мережева структура, що знаходиться в основі суспільства і від якої походить його назва – мережеве суспільство.

with the meanings and thereby arranges the planetary localized circle of meanings. So there is a network structure that is at the heart of society and from
which its name comes from the network society.
